scary statistic

I just got back from visiting Nick Nilsson's place in Arizona.
 
What an amazing state and I got to see the biggest hole in ground
ever, otherwise known as the Grand Canyon!
 
As you can see from the pic below, I barely made it home with my life!
 
 
Just kidding there was a ledge on the other side of the stone wall.....lol
 
This will make a good facebook profile pic though, don't you think?
 
It feels good to be home in FL and I'm excited to get back into the swing
of things with my workouts.

Grand Canyon and I'm glad I'm not part of that stat.
