I was watching Eric Cressey's Free Webinar on "How To Create A
Strength & Conditioning Program", and came across this slide at the
8:02 minute mark....
"You probably know that there's a perception out there that one cannot
gain muscle, lose fat, get strong, improve athleticism, and get healthier
simultaneously."
This is something that both Coach Cressey and I wholeheartedely
disagree with and have seen people do it countless times.

and trains over 70 professional baseball players that all want to be stronger,
leaner, more athletic, all while feeling better and staying injury free.
