I asked one of my best friends Pro Strongman Elliott Hulse
how he would go about designing a strongman training routine.
He replied he would use 4-week cycles and structure the
workouts with descending neuromuscular complexity.
I gave him a strange look and said, "Whatcha Talkin About Willis!"
