In the movie Water boy with Adam Sandler the coach taunts him
by saying, "Water sucks it really really sucks...Water sucks,
Gatorade is better!"
Gatorade is better!"
Adam Sandler loses it and it starts going ballistic and taking
people out left and right on the football field..
Great movie, but I digress.
Water does not suck actually, but water doesn't have the electrolytes
that Gatorade does. The problem with gatorade is that it's full of
sugar.

-20 ounces of water
-1/8 teaspoon of celtic sea salt
-1/32 scoop of potassium (a pinch)
-1 tablespoon of carbohydrate powder (ex: dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize)
-2 drops of Stevia sweetener
If you're rehydrating from strenous exercise or trying to put weight back on
after cutting a mixture like this has the right amount of electrolytes and will help
replenish you much better than regular water would without all the sugar from
