Week in Review (you'll like this!)

Published: Thu, 05/05/11

We had an awesome filming session the other night at my
friend Elliott's warehouse gym.

Ten competitive strongman athletes showed up to help film
footage for a new "Hardcore Hybrid Strongman" product I'm
working on.

It's not for everyone, but if you think odd object training or trying
to get super strong is cool you should click this link here to get
a behind the scenes sneak peek.

You know what just watch it anyway even if you don't have
kegs, tires and such. It's just a cool video.

I don't even care if we sell any of these in a few weeks it's just
something fun to make.

Below you'll find some more News & Updates that have been
posted to the site in case Strongman isn't your bag baby.

 Enjoy!

I think I'm going to go watch episode 10 from season 2 of Rome
right now.  I'm so pissed though. That show was freakin awesome
and they cancelled it after just two seasons.  That bites.

If you want to talk about Rome go post a comment on my Facebook
page and I'll hook up with you later.
