When I played college football I didn't know how to squat
like this.
It wasn't until I started training at a powerlifting gym here in
FL that I learned these tips that I want to share with you today.

The squat is a staple exercise in our new Aggressive Strength Kit.
We combine heavy weight training with explosive plyometrics
within the same workouts... in fact this system of training calls for
the execution of a "power move" immediately after your heavy lift.

We call these strength and plyometric combos, Aggressive Strength Complexes.
You can plug these complexes into your current strength training
sessions and this is wha you'll notice:

You don't have to stop your current workout program to use these.
Whenever you have a core exercise in your program you can swap it
out for one of these complexes. It just gives you more variety and
helps you build explosive power.
