I don't know about you, but I love pizza.
The problem with pizza is that if you eat a lot of it everyday you
get fat because there are just too many carbs & calories.

That is until the Muscle Cook Dave Ruel showed me how to
make a healthy dish called, Pizza Tilapia which is almost entirely
protein!
At first I got a little skeeved out to think about putting seafood
on my pizza. But the fish actually replaces the dough and it was
really really tasty.

SAMPLE RECIPE FROM DAVE'S METABOLIC COOKING
Pizza Tilapia
Ingredients:
RECIPE MAKES 2 SERVINGS
-2 tilapia filets (4oz each)
-2 tablespoons healthy tomato pasta sauce
-2 tablespoons low fat parmesan
-Your favorite diced free veggies topping like onion, bell peppers, mushrooms
-Pinch of oregano
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Grease an oven tray with spray oil
3. Lay fish filets on tray
4. Spoon the tomato sauce over fish
5. Sprinkle cheese evenly over each fish fillet with your favorite diced veggies
6. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes
