These videos have to do with the training component that
compliments the nutrition rotation diet I shared with you the
other day.
 
Sorry I'm sending to you all at once like this but I just got
back from the FL Keys and just got settled.
 
Met up with a few of my buddies.  As coaches we get
together to learn new training techniques, work on our businesses
and to just hang out.
 
Pictured below is Chad Howse (amatuer boxer), Eric Wong (MMA coach),
myself in the white shirt and ofcourse you know Elliott Hulse (strongman).

And yes we did just eat red meat and have a beer which is just part
of being a guy sometimes.  Especially when you've got access to some
of the hybrid training methods you're going to learn about in the videos
we made for ya.
