strong and fat vs lean and weak (take your pick?)

Like many of you I played sports in high school. I was a walk-on for the
football team in college and played four years of D-IAA football at
Central Connecticut State University.
Keeping my body lean and strong during this period of my life wasn't a
problem. After all, we had practice, mandatory weight lifting sessions,
morning runs, and a positive environment for keeping my body in an
overall anabolic state.
As the college years passed, I found myself being less and less active.
Now don't get me wrong, I'd found a new passion in amateur powerlifting,
but something was missing. I got a lot stronger but I also gained over
25 lbs (not all muscle) in the process! It was kind of embarrassing, really.
Here I was, preaching on the Internet, trying to help others stay fit and I
go and pack on unnecessary pounds.
I'm 35 now, and over the past few years I've felt like I had to choose
between being lean and weak or strong and fat. I became sick of that
choice and wanted it all. I wanted to be strong and lean at the same time,
for good.

choice and wanted it all. I wanted to be strong and lean at the same time,
for good.
I didn't want to bulk up and get fat while adding muscle mass, just to lose
it all when I cut that fat and to acquire muscle definition.
My Pro Strongman friend Elliott Hulse was in the same boat as me. He
owns a gym called Strength Camp in St. Pete and we decided we were
going to figure out how to transform our physiques without losing any
power, strength, or size.
Now I wrote a free PDF called the Muscsle Shifting Doctrine which
explains a lot about our approach. If you've heard about our hybrid
training before you'll really like this. It has a lot of new info.

In this report I explain that there are three main topics that are vitally
critical that you focus on if you want to build and burn in the same
training cycle.
They are:
critical that you focus on if you want to build and burn in the same
training cycle.
They are:
#1 Training: You can train both type I and II fibers together to create a
more efficeint muscle that uses more fat for energy.
more efficeint muscle that uses more fat for energy.
#2 Nutrition: It's all about rotation. Just like your training you have to mix
up your diet too.
#3 Hormones: Think about this. Children grow even when they don't have
an abundance of calories. How? Hormones! You can use your hormones
to shed fat and build solid dense muscle at the same time.

matter he teaches it very well. You'll like it.
